  3. Upload detailed case information - For relevant cases, upload the detailed PDFs from the court system
  4. Get your results - Our AI analyzes your cases against Hawaii expungement law and tells you if you may be eligible

Before you can upload your case information, you need to search the Hawaii court system (eKokua).

How to search eKokua:

  1. Visit the Hawaii eKokua website
  2. Click on "Case Search" or "Public Access"

  4. Search for your cases
  5. Save the search results page as a PDF
  6. For each relevant case, open the case details and save those pages as PDFs
